Payment Info

How will I be invoiced for my order?

All invoices are strictly payable within 30 days of end of month, and will be sent by our Europa post customer Portal. Please make payments by automated credit transfer.

What is free carriage?

Applicable on all orders £125 net (1-2days delivery)

What are your Delivery Terms?

Your carriage options are: £9.80 1-2 days £14 Next day AM £31 Saturday AM Deliveries Free Click & Collect from Luton (Mon - Fri 9.30 - 17.30)

Cut off time for express deliveries

Same day despatch up until 5pm (4pm for next day delivery) Pallet cut off is 2pm and is 2-3 days (additional charges may apply)

Can my order be delivered direct to site?

Yes, choose this option and checkout or add it to your order with the address you want the order to be delivered to.

Do you provide online order tracking?

Currently this option is not available, however we are working on this.

Where do I collect my Order?

Head to the front door of our warehouse, and ring the bell. A member of the Europa team will let you in.

Are there any facilities I can use when I arrive?

On site we have toilets available and a vending machine. There is a local café, sandwich shop, Shell garage, Fish and Chip shop, McDonalds and an Asda super store all within quick driving distance; just ask any member of staff for directions.

Pallet deliveries

Standard deliveries are 2-3 days. Next day pallet is £9.80 and express is £14. Cut off is 4pm!

Who are your couriers?

We use FedEx for day-to-day deliveries & Chiltern for pallets.

I’ve been told my order is on a pallet delivery. What does this mean?

Your order is heavy and may take 2-3 days for delivery. Cut off is 4pm.


Will I receive an order confirmation?

Always! You should get this within 45 mins of sending your order.

What if my order is out of stock?

We will always send you an email acknowledgment back advising stock & pricing differences.

I’ve sent in my order but not heard back. What should I do?

Call us!! We will always send email confirmations once the order has been processed. This may take up to 45 minutes.

Can I add to an order?

If the order is placed within the last hour then you are more than welcome to add to it. Please send over an amended order and give us a call to give us a heads up.

Can I Order Online?

Did you know you can place orders online? As well as checking stock and pricing, your orders will also be fast tracked as they bypass the sales team. Click here to register (you will need your account code). Find our guide for online ordering here.

I’ve forgotten my password, how do I reset it?

You can reset your own password, by selection the log in option in the top right hand corner and then selecting forgotten password. You will need to know your email address. If you’ve completely forgotten your account details, give us a call and we will see what we can do to recover your account.

Can I cancel an order?

If you really must. Please call to sales to check if the item has already left. If the item has already been dispatched, you will need to raise a debit note and send it back at your own cost.

Returns & Refunds

What do I do if an item is faulty?

Please either contact our technical team to see if they can identify the fault, or raise a debit note and send it through to customer services.

I no longer require an item. What are my options?

Please raise a debit note, there will be either a 25% handling charge or you can place a 2-4-1 order (we have to receive the goods back before the 2-4-1 order can be released). Customer services will issue you an RMA number and then you need to send back the item(s) at your own cost within 5 working days.


How do I get removed from your mailing list?

No longer want to be contacted by email, phone or post? Email marketing@europacomponents with the email address, phone number or address you want removed from the marketing list. We will always confirm that you’ve been removed.

I need images & datasheets of your products for my website. How do I get these?

A lot of our Data Sheets and images can be downloaded directly from our website. However, you can also send a list of Europa part numbers and what information you require to and a member of the team will get in touch.
